Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it is shipped by sending us a cancellation request. Once we receive your request we are going to cancel your order and issue you a full refund.

We don't recommend cancelling your order through your credit/debit card customer service because this may lead to a long process and a refund may take a longer time to get issued, because it requires a formal process.
